We always begin our design process with a meeting so we could learn as much as possible about you (and your events). That's in order to gives you the best result as you wish for.

Step 2Once we’ve determined your creative requirements, we will then prepare and send you a pricing quote within 5-7 working days. Pricing quotes for elaborate, mixed-media orders may take a week or more depending on the complexity of the project. After you agree to use our service we will send you the invoice for the booking-fee with order particulars. Our work will begin after we receive the booking-fee.

Step 4The final design is confirm via email we can begin the printing process. Any changes made past this point will incur an additional cost, dependent on the production stage at which we were contacted regarding the change. Lead time for most orders is about 5 weeks. Large orders may take up to 9 weeks to produce.

Payment
our terms for payment are as listed bellow
1st Down Payment20% from total amount as a booking fee after receiving quotation email from us.

2nd Payment60% from the whole amount of the quotation have to be paid when we are ready to print.

Final Paymentthe rest 20% after the printing process is done and the stationery is ready.

For design services only, 1st payment is 50% from total amount must be done as a booking fee and the rest 50% must be done after client approve the design. After all payment been made, the final design will be sent by dropbox for client to download
